B6VAN, MANAGING DIRECTOR OUR REF. YOUR REF. Dr. H. A. Kehoe 26th July 1939 Dear Jr. Lohoe, I recently visited the works of the o-unbriuge Instrument Company at Cambridge. In their Laboratory I was shown a develo rnnsnt which they are undertaking on an instrument colled the Polarogranh. Awparently this is a rapid method of determining 131aliie elements in solutions in very minute concentrations, down I believe to the order of one part :-er million. I am afraid I Lnow nothing of the principles oxcart th- : it appears to be electrolytic rna :.nd she results appear to be plotted automatically on a photographic chavt, The method certainly seemed to be applicable for the control of iarr> numbers of aifferent samples. I just wondered if you. are likely to be interested in this instrument in which cose I will get the Cambridge people to send me as much information as they can when it approaches the conanercial stage, that is after they Lave concluded their period of development work. Sincerely yours, - KE 0015834
