PAM PA Effective date: July 9 Required Group: Rescue Team (Volunteer), Fire Crew (non-Volunteer), Operations, Maintenance, S.H.E., Analyzer Group, anyone (including contractors) assigned to job requiring respirator use. Medical Requirements: If medically unfit for respirator use transfer to a unit requiring very infrequent respirator use; instructed to leave if conditions requiring respirator arise. Fit Test: Qualitative, annual Training: Once, eight hours Medical certification to wear respirator condition of employment when hiring. New Employees: Respirator training on third day of employment as part of normal orientation.
