The statements made in paragraph I on page 4 and paragraph K on page 5 appear to be in conflict with each other. Suggest that Conoco personnel to be present at opening conference and closing conference be added to these sections. Paragraph E beginning on page 9 doesn't make sense^ Paragraph F on page 10 infers OSHA cannot monitor personnel exposure, is this correct ?
