Shiffert Stephen Armstrong, Esq. tl I 11 U T E S A motion was made and seconded that the Minntes of the Annual Meeting held September 30, 197 at Broadmoor, Colorado Springs be epproved as distributed. Motion carried. TREASURERS REPOST President McDermott called on Secretary/Treasurer Farber to give the report. The Secretary/Treasurer reviewed with the members present an Income and Expense Statement covering the period from January 1, 1977 to August 31, 1977. Pointing out that the Association was in sound financial condition. NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT President McDermott called on Jerry Rooney, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, who submitted the following names to be nominated to the Board of Directors and to serve for the next three years: Clay Jewett - Vernon W. Gibson, Jr. - John B. Scannel - and Bob Owen. President McDermott asked if there were any nominations from the floor and a motion was made and seconded to close the nominations and cast a unan imous ballot for the slate presented by the Nominating Committee. Motion carried. REPORT FRCM BOARD CP DIRECTORS President McDermott reviewed with the members present those decisions that had been made at the Board of Directors Meeting on October 5th, pointing out ths.t a budget for 1972 had been approved. There being no further business the Annual Business Meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
