Dear Dick:
Below are my questions-: on the report on "A Study Of The Hazards:;Of Cleaning Gasoline Storage Tanks*'.
Explain the degradation or possible decomposition of tetraethyl lead which causes the organic:, lead content in the sdudge of storage or bulk tankas. Also,,Bhy should the content of organic:lead in sludge be greater than in scale.
Will the organic lead in sludge decompose to become non-toxic in a period of time when buried in earth.
Very truly yours,
iV
