I have been asked to see an employee of the Shell Oil Company at Wood River, Illinois. I believe that rr. Gillis, -who interviewed me, told me that you had suggested my name among others.
The Wood River Refinery has advised me to have analyses made by your laboratory and that you would furnish the facilities for making the tests. 1 am so ignorant of this phase of the problem that I must ask for help.
Am I to send the blood to you? If so, how much will you need? Will you send the container in which the specimen is to be sent? I am also eager to know whether you think a spinal fluid analysis is advisable.
Awaiting your reply, I am,
Sincerely,
Llewellyn Sale.
