Trafton - 0-9 Central Files The following hazajyjs were noted duriig an inspection of the Office Annex and Main Office stairways. Location -- Office Annex South end stairs 1st to 2nd floor. Hazards Noted: 1. Not enough light in stair well. (Only 2 bulbs working in fixture at top landing believe fixture will take 4 bulbs. Fixture may need relocating.) 2. Loose hand rail on west side of north/south run. All other stairs in these two buildings appeared satisfactory to me. I recommend the two hazards be corrected ASAP. SC 14447 .f LAM015039
