A hearing was held July 5, 1984 in Cleveland, Ohio to consider
- the, claimant *s request for reconsideration of the District
Hearing Officer's decision of February 21, 1984, finding the
claimant did not have an increase in permanent partial disability
above the 15% award previously paid in this claim recognized for
conjunctivitis and rhinitis due to exposures to chemicals in
paints and solvents while at work. The claimant was not present
but was represented by counsel. A representative from our offices
was present in behalf of your company.
At the hearing, when it was brought out that claimant's counsel had no new medical reports to submit in support of the request for reconsideration, it was ordered that the prior award be denied and no increase in permanent partial disability be paid.
