We will meet at the famous Willard Inter continental Hotel located at 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue. ...just a few steps from the White House and a short taxi ride from National Airport. Attached is the "final" agenda for the conference which is intended to provide a forum for the exchange of views and information on the environmental concerns affecting the PVC industry worldwide. We are not publicizing this meeting in the hope that our deliberations will be open and constructive. If appropriate, we will issue a consensus press release after the conference is concluded. We are holding a block of rooms at the Willard and ask that you contact Pat Benkner in my office if you still have not made your reservations or to make other arrangements.
