Dr. Beck, good evening.
Thank you and your team for taking the time to meet with AHFA Tuesday. I found the meeting very helpful and insightful. As discussed, AHFA is hopeful EPA will provide written guidance related to data gaps or a better understanding of how the data in the UL studies are stated as we work to prepare our petition for a laminated product exemption.
Attached is the decay curve we discussed during the meeting. I believe the narrative and the graph is selfexplanatory. As stated, HCHO gas decays rapidly over time further reducing the potential risk of exposure.
As stated, we look forward to the agencies reply and guidance. Please let me know if you have any additional.
