EPA inspector observed Lester Well Service run 1385 feet of tubing into well OS2455000 and circulate 120 sacks of class A cement to the surface. Inspector observed
the well standing full of cement with no fallback. Well successfully plugged. BIA
inspector Ira Lookout and Osage Nation DNR inspector Stephen Wynn were also
present during the inspection.
