Barr of February 13, 1974 concerning modified records for retaining product anaLyses data, the following procedure will be implemented: As directed, bound books (ledger types) will be used for logging all data for properties measured on products. Entries will be totally identified and initialed and dated by the analyst. Results only will be recorded but reference to work sheets will be provided. Books for each family of products will be maintained. Ammonium Nitrate and Nitrogen Solutions shipments have been totally controlled by the Plant. Operators perform most analyses. The lab makes periodic cross checks on some parameters and specific analyses on process material. The permanent records will be maintained by the Plant. Periodic checks and re view of data by the lab are suggested. Provision for anhydrous or aqua ammonia solutions is not made at this time since shipments are not made. Ammonia will be incorporated with Nitric Acid and Aquas with Nitrogen solutions. Spent acid shipments are not expected to continue and no provision is made. PVC Ai.. .
