Coastal Productions shall determine selections and matter of performance. The agreement of them to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, epidemics, transportation problems, acts of God or any legitimate conditions beyond their control. Coastal Productions will make a reasonable effort to provide, and the employer agrees to accept, a substitute performer in case of their inability to perform the scheduled date. 2. The employer agrees to allow Coastal Productions access before, during, and after performance to perform duties necessary for engagement. The employer agrees to allow Coastal Productions a sufficient amount of time to set-up equipment for engagement. 3. Coastal Productions assumes full responsibility for the conduct and actions of all it's personnel. All Coastal Productions employees will be identified to the employer before the engagement. Employees of Coastal Productions will abide by all rules set forth by the employer. 4. The employer agrees to furnish proper electrical sources for set-up. Coastal Productions agrees to abide by all reasonable requests of the employer concerning sound levels. 5. Employer agrees to provide reasonable and adequate crowd control to protect sound and light equipment from abuse and danger.
