Process Description: Sunoco Terminals is a bulk storage terminal located on the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, Ohio. They receive petroleum liquids by truck and barge and store them onsite until they are sent off by either truck or barge. There are 9 bulk storage tanks on site that store, diesel, jet fuel, or jet fuel additive. All the bulk storage tanks have a capacity of 10,000 gallons or greater, and installed in the 1950's, 1960's, or J970's. TOUR INFORMATION EPA toured the facility: Yes Data Collected and Observations: EPA used a FLIR Camera to find leaking rim vents on Tanks 1, and 52.
