6 vicinity, and cut and sawed in his vicinity creating
7 asbestos-containing dust.

9 product contained 13 to 25 percent asbestos, amosite
10 and chrysotile, and that Mr. Vandergucht inhaled the
11 dust that was created from the use of that product.
12 Assuming those facts to be true, Doctor, do
13 you have an opinion, to a reasonable degree of medical
14 certainty, as to which, if any, exposures to that
15 Kaylo pipecovering were substantial contributing
16 factors to the development of Mr. Vandergucht's
17 diffuse malignant peritoneal mesothelioma?
