We welcome your comments, especially as relates to the technical accuracy of the draft report and any inadvertent inclusion of information which you claim as being trade secret. This report reflects conditions and policies at your mine site as of the date of the survey (the date the survey began is listed as item 3 of the Part I Management Interview in the enclosed report). If conditions or policies have changed since that date, please do not correct this report to reflect those changes. We are providing the questionnaire and inventory report at this date to give you benefit of this information as soon as practical. You should understand, however, that this report may well contain errors at this draft stage. Hence, we request that you review the report closely for trade secret information and technical inaccuracies that may inadvertently be presented in the report. We request that your comments be provided within thirty days of your receipt of this letter. If we do not hear from you within that time, we will consider your response as "no comment." If you need more time, please let us know as soon as possible before the thirty-day period ends.
