Their HCP is one of the oldest. http://wrc-rca.org/ Basically, we are explaining that no big infrastructure push is going to work unless HCPs are understood and fully exploited and expanded. We want to share our lessons learned on the latest science, regulatory streamlining ideas, budget impacts, benefits to growth, success in saving species, etc. This is a nationwide coalition that is quite thoughtful about its work and is ready to engage the DOI and the Secretary's office at a policy and programs enterprise level.
