Could you please use the attached excel as a template (adding one more column for anticipated publish or data release date) for all of your scientific research and enforcement actions that may have impacts to the eastern half of the US Arctic. This includes subsistence research/enforcement, any science grants to the state or academia, or any international treaty work. Jim/Mark- For your agencies this should focus on near shore/terrestrial, i.e. Polar Bear. Can this get done in the next three weeks? This is a priority.
