A Mr. Huff at Miles City does all their repair work on gasoline dispensing pumps at service stations. It is estimated that approximately 10 percent of his time is spent on such work. %*. He is equiped with air line masks and clothing for this work* Bulk station agents have been advise- not to attempt the cleaning of any tanks and they are not allowed to bleed any tanks. Refinery Mr. -owery is responsible for the enforcement of safety regulations. Aheir Fire Cheif also checks on instructions to see that they are carried out. They are familiar with our Instructions on tank cleaning. Their tank h 9 was usei for blending until March 1935 having a total of 10 blends made up in it. From March 19351until "arch 1936 is was used for storage of crude. It was cleaned in arch 1936 and used for storage of third grade gasoline. It v/as cleaned again during this month and ia still used for third grade gasoline. SHOULD THIS TANK BE LABELED AS DANGEROUS?
