Hi Millan, We have adjusted our program slightly to fit in the Administrator at 6pm on Thursday, October 19th at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. We have a reception starting at 5:30pm in the Grand Ballroom Foyer and our Distinguished Service Awards dinner (honoring Concho CEO Tim Leach) at 6:30pm in the Grand Ballroom. Regarding format, our preference is 15-20 minutes of remarks with 5-10 min of Q&A. Given the 6pm timing, his remarks would be via podium mic or handheld mic in the Foyer to the reception attendees. Depending on where his 8:40pm flight is departing, would it be possible to push the Administrator's remarks to 6:30pm so we can have everyone in the Grand Ballroom and seated and we'll have him out the door by 7pm? We'll certainly make 6pm work but I wanted to see if there is any flexibility so we can have everyone in a more private setting.
