RE:
REDACTED
z v. Dupli-Color (Sherwin-Williams)
S.I.S. File; L9744-88-8 Date of Accident: 9/22/88
Dear Mr. Baum;
Please be advised that I am in receipt of your October 19, 1989 correspondence regarding the above-captioned matter.
REDACTEIIn vour letter you recommend that we set an exam to determine
permanent impairment. However, Dr. Lewis, treating physician, indicated that, upon discharge, he had incurred no permanent impairment related to this injury.
Since we have this opinion from Dr. Lewis, I am uncertain as to why we would wish to obtain another and possibly substantiate
REDACTEDattorney's position of permanent impairment. Due to
this reason, I do not recommend another rating examination. However, if you feel strongly, kindly advise and we can certainly discuss this further. By carbon copy of this letter to Mr. Tony
Colangelo, I ask for his opinion in this respect.
