However, Dr. Lewis, treating physician, indicated that, upon discharge, he had incurred no permanent impairment related to this injury. Since we have this opinion from Dr. Lewis, I am uncertain as to why we would wish to obtain another and possibly substantiate REDACTEDattorney's position of permanent impairment. Due to this reason, I do not recommend another rating examination. However, if you feel strongly, kindly advise and we can certainly discuss this further.
