Specifically, the following has been done. 1. Material Safety Data Sheets have been revised as required by Items 2, 7, and 8 of the citation. Additionally revised MSDSs have been sent to current customers of those products. 2. As required by Item 5 of the citation, label revisions have been prepared to include the name and address of the chemical manufacturer (Vista Chemical Company), and procedures developed to assure no container will leave the plant after the abatement date of June 30 that does not contain the revised label.
