That inspection was completed on December 21, 2000. The results of our investigation of your complaint items are as follows: 1. Employees who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma and asbestosis have not been entered on the log. At time of inspection this was found to be valid. Citation issued. Attached for your information is a copy of the OSHA-2, Citation and Notification of Penalty, which was sent to your employer on January 10, 2001 and should have been posted at the workplace for at least three days after receipt.
