The 1986 budget for Polyols included about $600M for tank insulation and weatherproofing work. Two of the tanks were actually started in 1985 because of the need to remove damaged asbestos Insulation.
Now that Construction has been pulled out of the plant, how will these remaining tanks be done? Since there is a sizable amount of work, we need to get a good start as soon as the mild weather arrives in April
