Docket No. L-20509-86 Dear Counsel: At the case management conference held relative to the above captioned matter on Tuesday, May 19, 1987, the following determinations were made: 1. The deposition of Mr. Ertel, Vice President of Pantesote, is to be continued and completed on Thursday, June 4, 1987 at Pantesote commencing at 10 a.m. 2. Any defendant wishing to file a summary judgment motion on the limited issue of non-supply shall be at liberty to do so provided said motions are filed on or before Friday, July 17, 1987. Said motions for summary judgment are to be filed with the Clerk of Passaic County made returnable before the undersigned without date. 3. A general set of interrogatories has heretofore been propounded by the plaintiff upon all defendants. Those defendants who admitted UCC 076707 ICHOLAS G. Those defendants who deny supplying the V.C.M. to Pantesote, but who for any reason are un successful in pursuing the limited summary judgment referred-to in paragraph two above, shall also be required to answer said inter rogatories, and the same requirement shall be placed upon those defendants who do not file such limited summary judgment motions. The plaintiff shall have the responsibility of insuring that each of said defendants has received a copy of said interrogatories. 4. The court hereby designates Claire T. Barile, Esq. as lead defense counsel to pursue discovery with Pantesote concerning generally its use and operation in the manufacture of products from V.C.M. and particularly the plaintiff's participation as an employee in that operation. It was contemplated by this case management conference that at least three areas would be diligently pursued during the summer months, they beings (1) The completion of discovery with respect to the supply of V.C.M. and summary judgment motions related thereto. (2) The answering of interrogatories which have heretofore been propounded by the plaintiff on defendants who have either supplied V.C.M. or who are unsuccessful in their summary judgment motions. (3) That the defendant shall pursue or at least commence discovery with Pantesote concerning its operation and the plaintiff's participation therein.
