We are very much looking forward to the Administrator providing remarks as part of the TXOGA Lone Star Energy Forum program on Thursday, October 19th at 6:30pm at The Woodlands Resort. We're just two weeks away and I wanted to circle back to cover
logistics. We have him on our agenda from 6:30pm to 7:00pm in the Grand Ballroom. All attendees will be seated at round tables and salads will be served immediately following his remarks.
I understand he will need to be out the door right at 7pm but what time will he arrive on the property? Will he have a security detail with him and do we need to provide any additional information leading up to the event? Please share a day-of contact and let me know if you have any questions. Hi Millan,
We have adjusted our program slightly to fit in the Administrator at 6pm on Thursday, October 19th at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. We have a reception starting at 5:30pm in the Grand Ballroom Foyer and our Distinguished Service Awards dinner (honoring Concho CEO Tim Leach) at 6:30pm in the Grand Ballroom. Regarding format, our preference is 15-20 minutes of remarks with 5-10 min of Q&A. Given the 6pm timing, his remarks would be via podium mic or handheld mic in the Foyer to the reception attendees. Depending on where his 8:40pm flight is departing, would it be possible to push the Administrator's remarks to 6:30pm so we can have everyone in the Grand Ballroom and seated and we'll have him out the door by ?pm? We'll certainly make 6pm work but I wanted to see if there is any flexibility so we can have everyone in

I understand there's still a possibility the Administrator may be able to join us at our event on Friday, October 20th. Is this accurate?
As you likely know, Texas has worked very closely with the EPA during the ongoing storm and aftermath. The help of the EPA has been instrumental to many of our member companies and their operations. midstream and downstream. All sectors would benefit greatly from Administrator Pruitt being able to attend and are hopeful it aligns with his schedule. Our nation's largest operators will be in attendance along with smaller regional and Texas companies. It is really a good mix and is an important gathering worthy of the Administrator's time.
We are needing to finalize our agenda for printing purposes. Do you think it possible we could get a decision this week?
This is the largest of our annual events and really the best one to attend. Should the Administrator need a different venue, we can certainly arrange one to fit his schedule and build attendance associated with it but this one is the most prominent.
