Tais is in reerence to an industrial health problem concerninG asbestos
which has come to nr:r attentio:n. recently and about i'lhich I am greatly concerned.
It is my understanding that there has been extensive, signiicant evidence deyeloped that there is a direct relationship betvreen the development of llll'le cancer and occupational exposure to asbestos as l1ell as development of other types of
tumors such as pleural and abdominal mesothelioma.
The purpose o this letter is to request that you provide me viith tho oDmr.ing necessar;r in:formation which will permit me to determine the extent and
