Objectives The objective of this inspection is to monitor compliance with the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule promulgated under the TSCA Section 402(c) and the Pre-Renovation Education Rule under TSCA Section 406(b) pursuant to the Inspection Manual for the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (September 2016) and the EPA Region 4 Standard Operating Procedure for Conducting Compliance Monitoring Inspections for Toxic Substances Control Act Lead Based Paint effective October 23, 2015. The inspector talked to Mr. Sasha (Sam) Coles, Owner, he was out on another job and sent his Office Manager, Brittany Burris, to meet with me and authorized her to sign the Notice of Inspection and TSCA Inspection Confidentiality Notice. Mr. Coles was emailed on October 18, 2021, that the inspector would be at his office to conduct the Lead Inspection and to have any copies of files for the inspector. I instructed Ms. Burris to have Mr. Coles look over the documents and to email the inspector the requested copies of requested files within 10 days. As of January 10, 2022, the inspector had not received the requested documents. C. Additional Comments N/A D.
