The entire agency has held this time for months to meet Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061E 00051837-00001 with me. If there were a way that I could reschedule that meeting, I would. But it has taken me months to get the space and AY support for the Thursday afternoon meeting. I do not know how to resolve the schedule conflict. But perhaps I am not needed in CA.
