This report is based on information supplied by the facility representatives, inspector observations, portrelated facilities, and other records, including photographs taken, verbal or written statements made during or after the on-site inspection, and/or materials shown, demonstrated, or submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during or after the on-site inspection. In addition, information gathered prior to or after the inspection from a review of EPA, State, and public records may be included in this report. The facility does not have dock space and does not maintain a MARPOL COA. Area of Concern No SECTION II - OBSERVATIONS Facility: Environmental Earth Wise Section: 2.1 Date: 6/19/2025, 08:55 AM Contains AOC: No Contains CBI: No I I Lead Inspector: Janosh Wolters Attendees: Carter Fitzgerald (Operations Manager) and Eric Tompkins (Waste Manager) EEW, located in Mont Belvieu, TX, operates as a hazardous waste transporter, tank cleaner, and line cleaning provider for clients across a wide array of industries. EEW primarily supports customers by travelling to client locations and conducting tank cleaning and line cleaning services. All customers are considered the generator due to EEW conducting all operations on generator sites. Additionally, EEW transports waste from client facilities directly to a disposal facility. Disposal facilities vary based on the location where services are provided. EEW disposal facilities include Clean Harbors, Veolia, and Republic Environmental. The facility is inland and does not operate any dock space. EEW does not store any customer waste or used oil on site. EEW is registered with the EPA as a transporter of hazardous waste under EPA ID TXR000085717. EEW is a nongenerator of hazardous waste. After the opening conference, the inspection team observed EEW's yard and maintenance shop. The maintenance shop is in the rear of the yard and is used for truck maintenance. Outside the maintenance shop, the inspection team observed one 250-gallon tote of used oil that was approximately full. The used oil container was closed and labeled "Used Oil" (see Appendix 1 - Photo 1). EEW recycles used oil with Stream Environmental, which picks up the used oil as needed. At the time of the inspection, EEW was not accumulating any universal waste. Next, the inspection team walked through the yard that is used for parking trucks. The inspection team did not observe any waste being accumulated in the yard. The inspection team did not observe any areas of concern (AOCs) at the time of the inspection. However, further EPA review may change or add to their potential AOCs. A closing conference was conducted at approximately 9:20 AM with EEW personnel. SECTION IV - AREAS OF CONCERN No AOCs were identified at the time of the inspection. SECTION V - FOLLOW UP Not Applicable Communication Log 24 hours prior to the on-site inspection, Erin Young-Dahl from EPA Region 6 notified the facility that ERG would be performing a CEI at EEW.
