Hello,
ACC and AFPM appreciate the opportunity to respond to EPA's request for information on a potential Presidential exemption under Clean Air Act Section 112(i)(4) related the final "New Source Performance Standards for the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry and Group I & II Polymers and Resins" (89 FR 42932; May 16, 2024) rulemaking. The attached letter from our associations follows our previous joint petition for reconsideration on the final rule.
