Stockwell Today we filled out the attached Waste Material Profile Sheet for asbestos scrap hauled by Dispose-All Company. Please note that Bill Stockwell is the technical contact because of his position as Environmental Representative. Future contacts with Dispose-All for asbestos will be through Bill and Purchasing. We also learned today that certain jobs in the Styrene turnaround involved asbestos insulation stripping which generated approximately two dumpsters of bagged asbestos insulation. A conscious decision must be made on whether or not to notify the TACB of our activities. Attached is a listing of notification requirements.
