They might be gaining in their battle with OSHA, but it doesn't really help us much, because it doesn't indicate any progress at all with Consumer Product Safety Commission and in view of the most recent article in Consumer's Report--copy enclosed of which you are probably aware, Tremolitic Talc is still uppermost in the minds of alot of technical people as having asbestos content and we certainly can not take the chance in switching--as a matter ' of fact, while it may not effect OSHA, Consumer Product Safety have definitely banned patching materials containing the Tremolitic Tales.
