It's my understanding that the disbursement of amounts authorized by Congress for the Delaware Watershed Conservation Fund - including for three projects in the Congressman's district (below) - have been paused. 1. PA Fish & Boat Commission (9/2022) for "Removal of the Spring Garden Dam on Neshaminy Creek in Bucks County, Pennsylvania" 2. Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, Inc. (1/2023) for "Living Shorelin Design and Permitting Along an Urban Delaware Riverfront" 3. PA Fish & Boat Commission (9/2023) for "Improving Public Access and Recreation in the Pennsylvania Portion of the Delaware River" Rep. Fitzpatrick is the Co-Chair of the Delaware River Watershed Caucus and works actively to ensure that the collaborative conservation partnership that exists between the Federal Government and our communities remains strong.
