Jassogne After due consideration, Monsanto and Vista agree to accept 25% (12.5% per company) of the costs of the linear alkylbenzene dermal testing program agreed to at our November 20 meeting in London. This program consists of a dermal chronic test, an uptake and distribution study and peer review by a panel of outside experts. The total program is expected to cost $600,000 or less. It is our understanding that by accepting these terms, CLER and ECOSOL members waive their rights to any additional modifications to the cost sharing equation, including, but not limited to, adjustments for economic factors or credit for prior health and safety tests. We believe these terms fall within the spirit of the discussions at the November 20 meeting, and we look forward to participating in this program with the other LAB producers and users.
