Jerry did a fine job and had everything going by the time I got to the meeting room Thursday. The members voted to hold our next meeting in Bermuda. Jim Gabbett is checking on facilities now so we can get as good a deal as possible. Thanks for the treasurer's report and registration list. I'm in the process of retyping by companies for a mail-out. The cost of the two mail-outs for the September meeting is as follows: June 7 28 Foreign 74 USA $ 9.24 11.10 $ 20.34 Aug. 7 28 Foreign 74 USA $ 22.78 27.90 $ 50.68 Grand Total $ 78.58 In the future, I plan to mail only to the permanent representatives.
