Our engineer to take a count of the entire plant in conjunction with your technicians to see what our problems actually are# If possible, we would like to arrange for this survey the latter part of the week of July 3rd or the week of July 10th if this is convenient for your technicians# Since the survey on April 11th in re the 3rd paragraph of your report, the humidifiers in the weave room have been put fcack into operation which we believe has a considerable bearing on the count findings.
