Consult with and advise prior employees concerning health problons resulting frcm exposures to vinyl chloride monomer and prior industrial injuries. 4. Take the lead complying with OSHA and NIOSH standards, in all matters concerning testing and medical examinations. 5. Consult with Olin management regarding all matters as necessary. 6. You will be paid $100.00 per week payable on a monthly basis. Checks will be paid to the above address. 7.
