Process Description: InSolution, LLC (INS) receives R-22 in reusable 30 or SO-pound cylinders. INS weighs the cylinder and tests the contents of the cylinder for refrigerant purity to be assured that no other refrigerants are mixed with R-22. INS then records the weight and purity. If the contents of the cylinder are found to be 100% R-22, INS then uses a Van Steenburgh JV-90 refrigerant reclaimer to remove contaminants including oil and moisture. INS then stores the reclaimed refrigerant in a labeled "Pure" 1000-pound process storage tank. If the contents of the cylinder are less than 100% R-22, INS empties the cylinder into a labeled "Mixed" 1000-pound product storage tank. INS is not equipped to separate refrigerants, and sends the "Mixed" tank to a qualified third party when the "Mixed" tank is full. When the "Pure" tank is full, INS collects and sends a sample to an outside testing laboratory. The site representatives provided a copy of a sample analysis report. It is attached. Ifthe sample passes all of the parameters including moisture content, acidity, chloride content, and purity, INS fills 30-pouud cylinders from the 1000-pound product storage tank for sale.
