F. Goodrich: "Dr. Paul Kotin, a Vice President of Temple University, has been engaged by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. as a medical consultant. Dr. Kotin has had experience with various government regulatory organizations and at the National Cancer Research Institute. He has been for some time a consultant on occupational health hazards with background in Cancer research. He has previously been heavily involved in exposure to asbestos. His initial assignments will be: 1. To devise suitable medical examination procedures with regard to this particular hazard. 2. He is to identify an organization or organizations that can properly administer a program of such pro cedures. 3. He is to get the program working and to interpret the results. 4. He is to keep abreast of all further developments in this field particularly the Louisville B. F.
