All material will be new and unused and will be furnished with either mill test reports or certifications of compliance to specifications when required. K. Any contract resulting from thi3 quotation will be subject to cancellation at any time prior to the stipulated termina tion date based on 30 days written notification by either party with due cause. L. Material cancellation and return: 1. Non stock or special items, or stock items purchased due to excessive quantities will be accepted for return or cancellation based on terms and conditions negotiated at the time of written request for return. 4. All requests for return will be submitted in writing and material will be accepted for return only after written approval is given. 5. All material will be returned in a resaleable condition. Any charges necessary to return material to resaleable condition will be charg ed to buyer's account. M. fill material furnished will be of foreign origin and manu facture with a few exceptions with the names and address of the manufacturer being made available on request.
