To Whom It May Concern:
I'm following up on a message I left at the general press number.
If you're not familiar with Capital News Service, we're a Maryland-based wire service that also feeds the AP wire.
We're looking for comment from the EPA on Maryland Gov's Larry Hogan's announcement of a lawsuit against
the EPA for failure to act on a petition under Section 126 of the federal Clean Air Act in which they say they asked the EPA "to require certain power plant units in the upwind states [of Ohio, KY, Indiana, PA and WV] to run their air pollution controls to reduce emissions." I can be reached at the number below or this email. My deadline is this afternoon. Many thanks in advance for your attention. Best, John Meils
