EPA is letting folks know that they can submit a request for an exemption from nine different NESHAPS using Clean Air Act section 112 (i)(4) by emailing it to 'ractj- -@epa.gc by March 31, 2025. The attached communication strategy provides the list of NESHAPS and a desk statement.
