Here in the US there is the Shanghai Health study, but I am only getting fragments of information regarding CONCAWE or CEFIC sponsored work regarding a reassessment of exposure estimation for prior UK, Canadian and Australian studies and/or a meta-analysis of these studies. Are these under consideration? underway? Is there Shell sponsorship? Although it may seem to be relatively straight forward, it would take time to accomplish this (up to 2 years). I still believe it is critically important to get this paper published and should try one more time to another peer reviewed journal. The journal I would suggest is "Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology", which would publish negative studies if they are relevant to regulatory issues. A description of the Journal is included - "The journal presents articles concerned with regulatory decisions and with the interpretation of scientific knowledge as influencing regulatory decisions. It is addressed to an International readership of scientists, program managers, research directors, attorneys, and business professionals." Even this journal declines to publish this article, we have nothing to loose.
