Dear Doctor:
' "
.
Your letter of October 30th to Mr
has
been turned over to me for attention, for the reason that we
represent him in suit brought by an employee who claims that
he was injured" by exhaust from an automobile which was in front
of the one under which he was working, and the automobile in
which the engine was running contained Rthyl Gas, end that he
was injured by.reason thereof. '
e have had this man examined and the doctors say that he has paralysis agitans*. This injury, which he claims to have suffered, happened abput five years ago. We will get in touch wi th his physician and have a report .made up and sent to you.
Will be glad if you will give us such data s you may have upon y o u r 'experiments. This case will be set for hearing some time in December, and will keep you advised as to any in formation we may get.
Thanking you for your interest, we beg to remain,
` Yours very respectfully, s.
