In accordance with the request of Dr. Joseph G. Aub,
asking under date of May 14, 1923, for an increase in the con
tribution made by the lead manufacturing interests to the fund
to be spent by the Harvard Medical School in its lead investi
gation, we have interested the lead smelting interests in this
matter, and they have Joined with the Eagle-Picher Lead Co. and
ourselves in making up the sum estimated by Dr. Aub, namely,
$23,169. 1 am therefore pleased to enclose you the foliosing
