It was thereupon regularly moved, eeoonded and unanimously approved that a one-page supplement be Issued with th following beading1
Supplement Ho. 1 to Rad Lead Technical Letter Ho. 11 Cones relal Blaat Cleaning
It waa further suggested that the Supplement Include a reference to our previous racoeandatlona In that they are optleua and that the following quota fron Tnlieaa 2 of the Steal Structural Painting Council Hanual ha in corporated1
A .2 CoMarcial Blaat Cleaning should bo employed for all general purpoeee where a high, but not perfect, degree of blaat clearing la required. It will remove practi cally all mat. Kill acala, and other datridental aatter fro* the eurface. The surface will not necessarily be unifona in color, nor will all eurface a be uniformly clean tinea the original condition of the aurfaeo will affect the final reault. If the eurface prior to clean ing la In auch bad condition that the eleanine whan done according to thie specification reeulte la a aurfaoe u-
