Knowing a bit about your background and President Trump, I am encouraged to think your administration may be devoted to the dismantling of this monstrosity and removing it from the backs of our taxpayers. As you may be aware it is necessary for rogue organizations to occasionally develop, or "invent crisis's " to justify their existence. Both the CIA and the EPA have been good at that.. Possibly if t review several of the "emergencies" which were invented by the EPA it may help you in accomplish our purpose. My associates and I practically bathed in GSP transformer cooling oil for several months.
