Hi Molly,
I'm preparing a story on S519, the bill that will amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to require the Administrator of
the Environmental Protection Agency to establish maximum contaminant levels for two PEAS. The bill was
introduced last year and has been referred to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. The EPA's PFAS management plan may lead to the establishment of MCLs and this legislation would require them. Can you provide the EPA's stand on this legislation. I will file the story tomorrow, July 26, so please reply later today, thanks,

Hi Dave,
Please contact me to discuss an article I'm working on about the impact of Scott Pruitt's departure on the EPA's PFAs action plan. I contacted Molly Block at the national office and hope she'll help but I am also interested in speaking with the New England regional office to get information on the New Hampshire contamination issue. I hope to file the story early this week, so please get back to me soon. Thanks,
