Thanks for the email and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. At this point, it's hard to say when Andrew may be in DC again due to a lot of additional commitments in April... However, it does look like he will be there for a speech on May 2nd. Any chance Administrator Pruitt would even be in DC then, as far as you can tell?
